Creamy Potato Bake


500g Desiree potatoes, peeled and cut into thin slices
1 small onion, sliced
125mL vegetable stock
2 tbsp Devondale Salted Butter
2 tbsp plain flour
500mL Devondale Full Cream Long Life Milk
1 cup Devondale Tasty Shredded Cheese
1/4 cup Devondale Colby Shredded Cheese


Step One

Lightly grease a 1L microwave safe baking dish. Layer the potato and onion into baking dish. Pour over vegetable stock and season to taste. Microwave on high for 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
