Ingredients
1 1/4 cups self-raising flour |
1 tbsp caster sugar |
3/4 cup Devondale Full Cream Fresh Milk |
1 tbsp melted Devondale Extra Soft Butter Spread |
1 egg |
Salt, pinch |

Directions
- Sift flour and sugar together into a bowl with a pinch of salt. In a separate bowl whisk together milk and egg, until combined. Add to dry ingredients and whisk until smooth.
- Heat a frypan over medium heat and brush with a little melted butter. Drop level tablespoons of the mixture into the pan and cook until bubbles appear on the surface.
- Turn pikelets over and cook other side for 1 minute until golden.
- Allow to cool. Serve with butter, honey and berries.
