Ingredients
| 250 gm bacon diced 1cm |
| 400 gm pumpkin peeled and diced 1 cm |
| 6 eggs |
| 100 ml Devondale Full Cream Long Life Milk |
| 2 zucchinis grated |
| 1 tbsp Devondale Dairy Soft Butter |
| 150g Devondale 3 cheese blend |
| Fresh parsley |
| Fresh thyme |

Directions
- Preheat oven to 165°C
- In a 22 cm ovenproof frypan on a medium to high heat, add the butter and the bacon and cook until crispy.
- Then add the pumpkin and zucchini and mix. Cook until everything is hot .
- In a small bowl, mix the eggs, milk and cheese and season then pour this into the pan and carefully move the pan into the oven for 40 minutes.
- Serve warm with a salad or cut up for lunches
