White Chocolate Mousse


150g white chocolate, chopped
4 egg whites
⅓ cup caster sugar
160ml Devondale Long Life Thickened Cream
100g raspberries (fresh or frozen)


Step 1

Place chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan half filled with simmering water and stir until melted. Remove from heat.
