Ingredients
1/2 cup rolled oats |
1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen) |
250ml Semi Skim Long Life Milk |
1 cup plain Green yoghurt fat reduced |
2 tsp honey |
Directions
Step One
Blend oats, blueberries, milk, yoghurt and honey together until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses and serve.
