Breakfast Smoothie


1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
250ml Semi Skim Long Life Milk
1 cup plain Green yoghurt fat reduced
2 tsp honey


Step One

Blend oats, blueberries, milk, yoghurt and honey together until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses and serve.
