Ingredients
| ½ cup rolled oats |
| ½ cup blueberries (fresh or frozen) |
| 250ml Semi Skim Long Life Milk |
| 1 cup plain Green yoghurt fat reduced |
| 2 tsp honey |

Directions
- Blend oats, blueberries, milk, yoghurt and honey together until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses and serve.
