with Ham, Tomato and Pesto

Another favourite for the kids. Delicious eaten hot from the oven with a delicious, stretchy cheesy topping. Mix it up by using different ingredients.

  • 2 x 25cm pre-made pizza bases
  • 100ml tomato paste
  • 4 slices leg ham, torn
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup Devondale Mozzarella cheese, grated or 3 Cheese Blend
  • 2 tablespoons basil pesto from a jar (optional)
  • A few fresh basil leaves

Step One

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Place the pizza bases onto 2 baking trays and spread with the tomato paste, leaving a 1cm border.

Step Two

Lay the ham over the tomato paste and dot the cherry tomatoes around. Scatter the mozzarella over the top and bake for 12-15 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.

Top with the pesto, scatter with basil leaves and serve.
