For perfect whipped cream, chill the bowl and beaters before adding the cream, whip small amounts at a time.

For a sweet cream, whip 300ml of cream to just soft peaks, add 1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste and 1 tbsp caster sugar, continue to whip until soft peaks are firm.
