Vegetarian Pizza


3 cups plain flour
1 sachet dried yeast
1/2 tsp caster sugar
1/2 tsp salt
300mL warm water
1 tbsp olive oil
olive oil, for brushing
polenta, to dust
4 tbsp tomato paste
1 small zucchini, sliced
1 small red pepper, chargrilled
1/2 red onion, sliced
2 cups Devondale Mozzarella Shredded Cheese


Step One

Combine flour, yeast, salt and sugar in a bowl. Make a well. Add water and oil. Use your hands to bring dough together.
