Ingredients
3 cups plain flour |
1 sachet dried yeast |
1/2 tsp caster sugar |
1/2 tsp salt |
300mL warm water |
1 tbsp olive oil |
olive oil, for brushing |
polenta, to dust |
4 tbsp tomato paste |
1 small zucchini, sliced |
1 small red pepper, chargrilled |
1/2 red onion, sliced |
2 cups Devondale Mozzarella Shredded Cheese |
Directions
Step One
Combine flour, yeast, salt and sugar in a bowl. Make a well. Add water and oil. Use your hands to bring dough together.
