Parsley ButterMinute Steaks

In between the rush of homework, after school activities and prep for the next day, take the stress out of dinner with juicy minute steaks topped with parsley butter.


400g frozen sweet potato fries
3 tablespoons Devondale Salted Butter or Devondale Extra Soft at room temperature
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
Finely grated zest of one lemon
4 x rump, sirloin or Scotch fillet steaks, approximately 150g each
1⁄2 tablespoon olive oil
2 bunches broccolini, trimmed


Step One

Place the sweet potato fries in a preheated oven and cook according to packet instructions.
