Funfetti cookie Sandwiches
The name says it all, these fun-filled cookies will add a pop of colour to the party and put smiles on faces.

Ingredients
| 1 ½ cups plain flour |
| ½ tsp cream of tartar |
| ½ tsp bicarbonate soda |
| ¾ cup caster sugar |
| 120g Devondale Unsalted Butter melted, cooled |
| 1 tsp vanilla extract |
| 1 egg, lightly beaten |
| 4 tbsp 100's and 1000's |
| 250g Devondale Unsalted Butter softened |
| 3 cups icing sugar mixture, sifted |
| 2 tbsp Devondale Full Cream Fresh Milk |

Step One
Get an adult to help you preheat an over to 180°c. Grease four large baking trays and line with baking paper.
