Ingredients
| 6 candy canes |
| 150ml Devondale thickened cream |
| Few drops peppermint essence |
| 300g good quality dark chocolate, broken into pieces |
| 50g Devondale unsalted butter |
Directions
Step One
Crush the candy canes in a mortar and pestle or food processor. Set aside.
Bring a saucepan of water to the boil. Remove from heat.
Place a heatproof bowl over the top and add the cream and mint essence. .
