Preheat oven to 165°C
In a 22 cm ovenproof frypan on a medium to high heat, add the butter and the bacon and cook until crispy.
Then add the pumpkin and zucchini and mix. Cook until everything is hot .
In a small bowl, mix the eggs, milk and cheese and season then pour this into the pan and carefully move the pan into the oven for 40 minutes.
Serve warm with a salad or cut up for lunches
