400 gm pumpkin peeled and diced 1 cm |
6 eggs |
100 ml Devondale Full Cream Long Life Milk |
2 zucchinis grated |
1 tbsp Devondale Dairy Soft Butter |
150g Devondale 3 cheese blend |
Fresh parsley |
Fresh thyme |
Directions
Step One
Preheat oven to 165°C
In a 22 cm ovenproof frypan on a medium to high heat, add the butter and the bacon and cook until crispy.
Then add the pumpkin and zucchini and mix. Cook until everything is hot .
