Apple, Carrot and Maple SyrupMuffins

Ingredients

150 gm Self Raising flour
50 gm sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp ground ginger
150 gm Devondale Dairy Soft Butter (melted)
100 ml maple syrup
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 green apples (medium) small diced
2 carrots grated
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 additional green apple finely diced

Directions

Step One

Preheat oven to 185°C

Line a 12 hole muffin tray with paper muffin cups

Mix flour, sugar, cinnamon and ginger together in a large bowl

In a separate bowl, mix melted butter, maple syrup, eggs and vanilla with a whisk until blended
