Tune Cheese Melt

Makes: 2

Ingredients :

  • 2 x 125g Tuna fillets OR 250gm Can of Tuna in Oil
  • ½ tsp dried chilli flakes
  • 2 tablespoons mayo
  • 2 slices thick toast
  • 4 Devondale Colby Cheese Slices
  • OPTIONAL 1 Tsp of Baby Capers

Method:

  1. Place tuna, chili and mayonnaise  (and baby capers if using) in a small bowl and stir until just combined.
  2. Spoon onto toast to create small mounds
  3. Top with Colby Cheese, add cracked pepper to taste & grill on medium heat until melted.
