- 2 x 125g Tuna fillets OR 250gm Can of Tuna in Oil
- ½ tsp dried chilli flakes
- 2 tablespoons mayo
- 2 slices thick toast
- 4 Devondale Colby Cheese Slices
- OPTIONAL 1 Tsp of Baby Capers
- Place tuna, chili and mayonnaise (and baby capers if using) in a small bowl and stir until just combined.
- Spoon onto toast to create small mounds
- Top with Colby Cheese, add cracked pepper to taste & grill on medium heat until melted.
