Preparation Time: 5 minutes
- 2 cups Devondale Skim Milk, chilled
- 1 cup Liddells Plain Yogurt
- 1 mango, peeled and chopped or 2 frozen mango cheeks, partially thawed
- 6 small mint leaves
- finely grated rind of 1 lime
- 1 cup ice
- Place all ingredients in a blender and process for 1 minute, until thick and smooth.
- Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately.
