Minty Mango and Lime Smoothie

With Devondale Skim Milk and Liddells Plain Yoghurt

Serves 4
Preparation Time: 5 minutes


  • 2 cups Devondale Skim Milk, chilled
  • 1 cup Liddells Plain Yogurt
  • 1 mango, peeled and chopped or 2 frozen mango cheeks, partially thawed
  • 6 small mint leaves
  • finely grated rind of 1 lime
  • 1 cup ice


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and process for 1 minute, until thick and smooth.
  2. Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately.


  • To make this smoothie lactose free, use Liddells Full Cream Long Life Milk.
