Garlic Butter


  • Devondale Culture Style Butter 250gm
  • 6 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp smoked Paprika
  • Juice of quarter of lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup parsley leaves
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste


  1. Put garlic, salt & pepper, parsley, paprika and Devondale Culture Style butter (at room temperature), and a few drops of lemon juice into a food processor.
  2. Blitz on high speed until combined
  3. Spread onto sliced baguette, wrap loaf in foil and bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
  4. If you want a crispy loaf, open the foil slightly and bake for another 5 minutes.
