Frozen Fruit Smoothies

I always have Devondale Long Life Milk in the cupboard and I always have some frozen berries and bananas in the freezer for smoothies. Don’t throw away brown bananas- peel and freeze for this delicious recipe that the kids will love.

Makes 1

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Devondale Long Life Milk or Devondale Fresh Chilled Milk
  • 1 x Frozen banana
  • 1 x cup mixed frozen berries
  • 2 x tablespoons Yoghurt
  • Drizzle of Honey

Method:

  1. Put frozen fruit and Devondale Milk into a blender
  2. Add a dash of honey to taste and the yoghurt.   
  3. Pop the lid on and blend on high for 30 seconds.
  4. Watch the kids come running!
